I am eager to purse a career in the fields of instructional design, training delivery, or organizational development consulting. I earned my Master of Education in Adult & Organizational Development program in May of 2017, but my practical experience designing and delivering training goes back much further. This blog represents papers, classwork, and observations relating to the field, as well as examples of work done for previous employers. Sign up below to receive new posts:

Theory of Change
Last night I attended a symposium sponsored by Young Involved Philadelphia for the State of Young Philly program (#SOYP15). The symposium, Make It Happen: Sustainable Solutions for Philly, was a quick-and-dirty (clean?) workshop meant to inform aspiring activists how to build a grassroots movement. I learned about the event at the last minute through my friend Julie's Green Philadelphia blog for sustainability, and since it was co-sponsored Temple University, I thought it would be a great opportunity to network with similarly motivated environmental activists.
